What We Do

The Centre for Citizen Experience uses design to change the way the public sector solves problems, delivers services and creates policy.
We are a startup "do tank" that provides consulting, coaching and resources, conducts research, creates proofs of concept, and advocates for design as an essential tool in public sector excellence.

Speaking & Training

We love to share new ideas and thoughts with audiences across North America and around the world. Jess McMullin, founder of the Centre for Citizen Experience, has spoken at dozens of events over the last decade in Canada, Germany, Italy and the United States.

We can share regular conference talks as well as training workshops at events and with in-house teams.

Topics include

  • User Experience Fundamentals
  • Cross-channel customer experience design and service design
  • Design research methods
  • The business value of design
  • Business fluency
  • Building influence to get things done in organizations

If you’re interested in past presentations, check out Jess’s Slideshare as well as recent talk and workshops at the 2010 IA Summit.
